I have created a new VM on GigeNET's cloud with only 512MB of RAM, 3 CPUs, and 20GB of disk space running CentOS 5.5 w/cPanel and moved all of the data (rsync -avz --delete / root@server:/) to the new VM, changed the IPs, turned off the old VM, and the new VM took over where the old one left off. So now the new VM is running all of my sites and better than before because it is utilizing a newer SAN and is on a node with faster CPUs.

I am very happy that the migration went so easily and without any issues. :D
