The first thing I thought of when I started watching this movie was a movie made a while back with Vin Diesel called the Pacifier (which coincidentally was on the other day after I watched this one and it reminded me how much I enjoyed it). The Spy Next Door had its moments but I didn't care much for it. I expected more but it didn't deliver. I enjoyed some of the comedy but Jackie Chan wasn't able to pull it off like in the Rush Hour movies. I did like the action scenes but they were few and far between and some of them were just cheezy comedic scenes.
